*Impulse {Karl Lagerfeld for Macy's}

 

Karl Lagerfeld has been linked with names like Chanel (where he was the art director), Fendi, and signed collections for Chloe. 

With his name now under the Impulse sign at Macy's, we're regrettably noting this "cheap chic" collection had a little of both- some cheap and some chic. Overall however, we give his efforts a solid B, so don't let us discourage you. There were some definite hits, so you'll have to get over to State St and sort them out for yourself.

Some of our favorites? Note Pic #3 above- He has some sheer blouses and dresses that are right on trend. Highlight of the night? Flagging down public transportation from Macy's and the Impulse department to the Peninsula with some beautiful ladies in fabulous heels... but that's besides the point.
