Royal Accessories
So I jumped on the royal bandwagon... or should I say 109 yr old State Landau Carriage?
What was her Something Borrowed? Something New? We'll tell you why she choose these fairy tale worthy accessories!
The goods- Something Borrowed: A lovely Cartier 'halo' tiara, loaned to her from the Queen.
The Ring: Wartski created the humble band from a piece of Welsh gold given to the Prince by his grandmother, HRH Queen Elizabeth II.
Her Something New: Catherine wore a pair of diamond earrings created for her by jeweler Robinson Pelham.
Her Something Blue: Her main sapphire sparkler, of course.
Her best gal: Kate's sister Pippa wore a dress by Alexander McQueen creative director Sarah Burton, the same designer Kate wore. After the ceremony, Pippa changed into an emerald green Temperley London gown for a soiree at Buckingham Palace.
The Bouquet: Included lily-of-the-valley (for return of happiness), hyacinth (constancy of love) and ivy (for fidelity, marriage and affection).
Other noteworthy accessories? Aston Martin convertible, and Rolls-Royce Phantom VI.
I'm in accessory awe. The hats, the guest list, the... hats... Which accessory was your fave?
