Imagine walking into this fashion wonderland everyday. 

Maybe it's one too many NYC sirens, or a consistent melody of Chicago cab horns, but anything that breathes this kind of tranquility should be a mandatory part of life. Especially when home is not on a farm in Ireland, but in a loft with an intimate view of the Montgomery building.

Even with city living, this closet is inspiring. Scratch the greenery pouring through a sun drenched window frame, and this closet is "city do-able." My to-do list just gained several wood panels, a mirrored lingerie chest, and a black painted chandelier.

An amazing thing about living in Chicago is the abundance of diversity. In neighboring sections of the city you can find polar opposite fashion, food, culture, and flavor. This weekend we will be dancing up North Halsted Street, searching Boystown for the best it has to offer a few single, and not-so-single ladies and ladies-at-heart.

Like all nights that have the potential to be life-changing, I would like to welcome Boystown to my checklist with grace, glitter, and glam. But right now, my outfit selection is about as diverse as the city. Do I go ultra trendy with punk-rock chic or edge toward plain chic with pink booties?

That's why we love consignment. What's old can always be new again, either by selling your old goods to someone who will put them to use, or by reusing items in a new creative way.

We simply love what Tiffany Chou did with an old door. She took this perfectly good slab of wood and made it into a table to display her treasures. Not only do we think this is fun, creative and innovative, we also applaud the eco-friendliness. Loving the earth- now that's fashionable!

There's not a whole lot young designer Olga Kapustina and I have in common. But we align where it counts- for example, on most days you can find us hung up at Neiman's or Barneys.

Our Theory is just this- Style should be wearable!

8" Louboutin ballet slipper heels are fabulous in all their avant-garde glory, but wearing them to grab a gallon of milk is out of the question. 

Take this Theory dress for example. You can wear it to the office with black patent slingbacks, or throw on gladiator flats and a brightly colored belt for a casual weekend outfit. It's a wearable win-win fashion situation.

Since I was little, whenever my family went on a vacation I would immediately walk to the beach and collect sea shells. I especially loved the ones with tiny holes, just large enough to fit a string for a necklace.
